We are excited to announce our collaboration on The Annex | Murals at The Hotel Chicago has expanded. Since Fall 2017 we have been consulting on an arts initiative at the Hotel Chicago West Loop. In spring of 2018 the Hotel Chicago West Loop began recruiting Chicago-basded artists to create murals inside guest rooms, and two murals were created by Asend and JC Rivera. This fall, four more works will debut. Asend was invited back by popular demand, and three new artist were selected to make contributions: Elloo, Josh Grotto, and Brandin Hurley. This second wave of mural additions marks dedication and success of the program.

The next artists to contribute to this exciting project include Asend, Brandin, Elloo, and Josh Grotto. These Chicago-based street artists will execute murals in guest rooms; a reveal and reception will be held in October.

This spring, Jennifer Greenburg accepted the invitation to work outside her photo-frame and collaborate on the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation's Public Art Initiative "K-9's for Cops." The work will display on Michigan Ave. with 300 other statues and eventually be on permanent display at the Kinzie Hotel in downtown Chicago.

Our life’s memories, our desires, and our fears reshuffle and play-back in visions that may appear obscured by double-vision, or be crystalized by a hyper-real clarity. Often, they exist with the support of an uncanny logic or disjointed symbolism. Whether hopeful or menacing, dreams pull on the strings of our most raw and primal emotions.
